Background

Warrington-based STEM education company Creative Hut has announced plans to open a new headquarters in the town centre as part of its ongoing global expansion. The business has secured a two-floor lease at The Hive, where it will establish new offices and a dedicated state-of-the-art learning centre.

The new site will include workspace for employees, a specialist STEM teaching area, and facilities for developing custom educational content. Renovation work has already begun, with a full opening scheduled for spring 2026. Key staff will start working from the new site in January 2026, and the full refurbishment is planned to be completed by March 2026.

Creative Hut, founded in 2017, provides practical STEM education programmes for schools, community groups and private organisations across the world. The company also provides teacher training and educational project support, and works closely with major global brands including Amazon and LEGO.

Chief Executive Gareth Boldsworth described the move as a landmark step in the company’s development. He said the new headquarters would not only offer improved space for classes and sessions, but would also give the organisation the ability to showcase its teaching methods in real working environments for visiting partners.

Boldsworth added that the facility will play a crucial role in bringing educators, schools, and businesses together to help inspire the next generation of thinkers and problem-solvers. The new headquarters is expected to support more than a dozen staff members as the company continues to scale its international operations.

Creative Hut says its mission remains focused on making learning meaningful, encouraging creativity, and leaving a positive educational legacy for young people across the world.
